Damage deposit will automatically be returned 7 days after checking out if no damages are assessed. If damages are found, photographs and a report which outlines the damage and cost to fix or replace the items will be included. 

We have a pack n play available. Located in Master bedroom closet. 

The house manual will be emailed via docusign. Your unique door code will be sent out once the document has been reviewed and signed, 

There are two Kitchens. The main house has a full kitchen and the Mini Mansion has a kitchenette 

We allow a maximum of 16 adults total. Our maximum occupancy of 20 assumes a mix of adults and children.

We are a family friendly home but please supervise your children indoors and outdoors at all times. We back up to a nature preserve and do have certain wildlife that may enter the property various times of the year depending on season. Please keep children off the mountainside, from behind the shed on the side yard, woodpiles, and please keep them from moving the rocks. We may have rattlesnakes in those areas during warmer days.

It is not safe to host dogs at this property 

We allow weddings and organized events but we do not allow house parties. Please inquire for pricing on weddings. 

This home is a one story home and does not have any stairs to enter the home. However, the restrooms and baths do not have supportive handlebars and we do not have a roll in shower.
